This help system provides you with complete information on how to download and install the software to access corporate services and details on how use the services. It assumes that you are familiar with the use of basic web applications.

Using Online Help

PCS Business Connection comes with a complete online help system and related documentation in Portable Document Format (PDF).

Opening Online Help

This online help system provides context sensitivity. Click the Help link in the toolbar to open a help topic specific to the page you are on when you launch the help.

Navigating Help Topics

Once you have opened the online help, you can navigate through topics using:

• Table of Contents - listed in the left-hand frame of the online help.
• The Top of Page button - located below each topic.
• The Home Page - opened by clicking the button.
• Back/Forward buttons - found on all web browser toolbars.
• Hyperlinks - found in many of the help topics.

Printing Help Files

The help system consists of three individual files, each containing individual topics. You may print the help files listed below. If you print all three files, you will have a complete user guide.

To print the help files:

1. Click the name of the file below.
2. Select File|Print from the browser menu or right-click the pane in which the file is displayed and select Print.
3. Enter the appropriate information in the Print dialog box and click Print.
